The primary purpose of this website is to provide information regarding the American Friends of the Prado Museum institution and the activity and legacy of the Museo del Prado of Spain.

The information we collect from the website is used to improve the content of our web page, to notify consumers about updates to our Web site, to maintain membership data and communication, process volunteer donation transactions and to contact consumers for marketing purposes only in relation to the Museo del Prado and the American Friends of the Prado Museum. Information Gathered

IP Addresses

We will only send information regarding activities of the Museo del Prado occurring in the U.S.A. or in Spain and the activities of the American Friends of the Prado Museum. We will NOT share your telephone number with any other organizations.

If you volunteer to become a member and/or make a donation, we will have to share the information you disclose at the time you make the donation with: 1) the administration of the American Friends of the Prado Museum and 2) the credit card processor for purposes of collecting money for donations. We also reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to cooperate with law enforcement and other authorities in investigating a claim of illegal activity.

With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with nor have special relationships with any ad server companies. All information is maintained by the American Friends of the Prado Museum.
